When working in the world of real estate, business moves at the speed of light. I worked closely with the Marketing Team to develop and design a curated collection of marketing materials that our agents could utilize to boost their business and engage in various touch points with their clients. When designing these materials, I kept in mind one of the company's key core values of "cultivating lifelong relationships," helping agents leave a lasting and memorable impression.

The Morgan Memo was designed to be a tri-folded mailer that agents could order and share with their sphere. The topics of each newsletter ranged anywhere from topics such as ways you could spend a Saturday in January, different places to support local artists in Omaha and more.

What is a popby you might be wondering? A popby is a small gift from a real estate agent given to clients to stay memorable, strengthen relationships, and encourage referrals. I designed monthly popby tags inspired by things like spring cleaning in March and Halloween in October to provide our agents with creative, seasonally relevant tools for building client relationships and staying top-of-mind in a memorable way.
